1. About the Company

     Foshan Huaxing Glass Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Foshan Huaxing") was established in 2005, with a registered capital of RMB 14,000,000, located in Mingfu Road, Mingcheng Park, Cangjiang Industrial Park, Gaoming District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangdong Huaxing Glass Co. Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangdong Huaxing Glass Co., Ltd. is a set of product design and development, manufacturing, deep-processing, sales and service as one of the large-scale private glass container manufacturing high-tech enterprises, the main production of white, brown material integrated daily-use glass products, and Budweiser Beer, Haitian Seasoning, Pearl River Beer, Tiandi One and other domestic and international famous brands to establish a strategic partnership.

     Foshan Huaxing always adhere to the "service customers, inspire peers, return to society, create benefits, reflect the value of" the mission of the enterprise, adhere to the "excellent quality, the pursuit of perfection" quality and health policy, adhere to the "people-oriented, by scientific and technological progress". Adhering to the quality and hygiene policy of "excellent quality, perfect pursuit" and the management policy of "people-oriented, relying on scientific and technological progress", the company pays attention to the selection and appointment of talents, and constantly introduces domestic and foreign advanced production and testing equipment, and devotes itself to providing customers with high-quality products and services, and the scale of production is constantly expanding.

     The company originally has 4 furnaces, with an annual design capacity of 400,000 tonnes, with supporting equipment such as automatic batching system, broken glass cleaning line, sewage treatment station, desulphurisation and denitrification fume treatment system, etc. The production wastewater and domestic sewage are all reused and not discharged after treatment.In 2022, FS5# furnace will be officially ignited and put into production and complete all acceptance formalities, and the annual production capacity will reach 550,000 tonnes after the completion of the expansion, and in 2024, it is expected that the planned production capacity will be increased to 550,000 tonnes, which is expected to be the highest. In 2024, it is expected that the planned production capacity will be increased to 680,000 tonnes, which is the single largest production base of daily-use glass bottles and jars in China, and it will also inject new vitality into the new situation of local manufacturing development in Foshan.

     The headquarter of the company has the first CNAS-accredited in-house laboratory in the bottle and glass industry, and has participated in the discussion and formulation of a number of national standards and group standards. In terms of management change, since 2002, the company has put on line a series of products such as SCADA (Automatic Data Acquisition System), industrial network and information security solutions, intelligent instrumentation, MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management Software), etc., to solve the problem of real-time data collection, realise the interconnection between various equipment and systems, and eliminate the information silos. With digitalisation, the company aims to achieve a 95% increase in the rate of automatic data collection, a 98% increase in data transparency, a 30% increase in production efficiency, a 25% increase in production flexibility, a 20% decrease in defective rates, a 10% increase in overall production, and an 8% decrease in corporate operating costs. The overall digitalisation level has increased from the previous industrial 1.5 level to a level close to industrial 3.0.

     The company's production scale ranks second in the country, the domestic market share in the last three years ranked second, the global market share ranked top five, the sales revenue in 2022 reached 695,459,500 yuan, the industrial output value of 780,823,000 yuan. 2023-2035 the company will continue to improve the quality of the product, enhance brand competitiveness, and create a corporate brand image.

     The company introduced photovoltaic power generation and put it into operation in 2017, currently put into use 43,000 square metres, and is expected to expand 50,000 square metres of the roof of the workshop of the No. 5-6 furnace in the future; at present, it achieves green power generation with a daily average of 20,000 degrees, and the power generation can account for 30% of the total electricity consumption after it is put into use in the future. At the same time for the waste heat generated by the exhaust gas treatment process for recovery, through the steam boiler to promote turbine power generation, and into the plant high-voltage electricity, effectively reducing municipal electricity consumption, and indirectly reduce the impact of pollutants generated by coal power.

2、Corporate Governance

     The company implements flat management, with the chairman of the board of directors managing each system and each branch, and the vice president of each system and the general manager of each branch vertically managing each centre and each department respectively. Combined with the joint-stock company's continuous promotion of the topic of less people and high efficiency, 289 people have been optimised for five consecutive years under the same production scale, and production efficiency has been increased by more than 30%. Currently the joint-stock company promotes equipment automation intelligence and management flattening, and the per capita output value rises from 861,800 yuan in 2018 to 1,269,100 yuan in 2022.

3、Credit construction

     The company adheres to the principle of integrity in financial interactions and project cooperation, and has been awarded the honourable titles of "Large Taxpayer Paying Taxes of Over 50 Million" for many years, and "Contract-abiding and Credit-abiding Enterprise of Guangdong Province" for six years in a row.
